\n Mentali-Time provides a bridge for people to learn to express and discuss their feelings with experts in a safe environment, without being labelled as therapy. Assertiveness helped me address my stress complaints during my graduate internship. Complaints that school and the school therapist could not help me with. Assertiveness offered me exactly what I needed at the time and I am very grateful for that! <\/div>\n
