Je gaat aan de slag met lichaamsgericht werk, intuïtieve keuze-opdrachten en reflectiemomenten waarin jij zelf aan het stuur zit. Onder begeleiding van Jasper Burrow leer je het verschil voelen tussen twijfel, angst en echte richting. Je krijgt praktische tools om jezelf serieus te nemen en dat merk je meteen in je dagelijks leven.

We starten met een korte intro en herkenbare reflecties over controle en vertrouwen. Daarna neemt Sarai Mathrath je mee in een interactieve workshop waarin je leert hoe je aanwezig blijft in moeilijke momenten. Je oefent met loslaten zonder op te geven. En met vertrouwen zonder dat je alles zeker hoeft te weten.

In het tweede deel van het event neem je tijd voor jezelf. Via een creatieve of fysieke opdracht ga je ontdekken: wat probeer ik vast te houden dat je eigenlijk tegenhoudt? Je hoeft het niet perfect te doen. Je hoeft het niet alleen te dragen. Je mag dit laten gebeuren op jouw manier, in jouw tempo.
