Everyone has stress. But what if you get so used to it that you don't even realise you are passing yourself by? This afternoon will help you learn to listen to your body again. Survival is smart, but you are more than your stress.
Together with guest speaker Jamie Vollmer, we explore stress signals, survival behaviours such as procrastination, partying or numbing, and realistic ways to process tension. No dry theory, but an interactive workshop in which you will encounter yourself and learn to understand yourself better.
Whether you are stuck, tiptoeing or just want to understand how your body deals with stress, this event is for you. Expect exercises that really help you move forward, an open atmosphere and insights you can apply immediately.
